Counselling for Adults, Children and Young People

A safe compassionate space to explore and understand your life experiences

Is Counselling for me?

Counselling can be life changing, offering a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. It’s a non-judgemental relationship where you can work through stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck while gaining insight into yourself and your relationships. Through counselling, you can develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and build a stronger, more balanced life. You don’t have to go through it alone, support is here when you need it.

For parents and carers of children and young people, watching your child struggle can be tough, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Counselling provides a safe and supportive space where children can express their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence. Whether they are dealing with anxiety, behavioural and or developmental challenges or life transitions, therapy can help them better understand their feelings and strengthen their relationships. With the right support, your child can thrive.

Think of this as a pause, a safe space to breath, rest and share your story before moving forward.

I provide a safe, compassionate and confidential space where we work together as a team on your journey of self-exploration. This is a place for you to deepen your self-awareness, navigate past challenges, and prepare for those that may arise in the future all with support and understanding.
